Kids Club Live 2008

Can you believe it? The kids will be out of school in about 30 days! How do you keep them busy and avoid the “I’m bored” whines?

DPTV can help with at least one day of local fun with this year’s Kid’s Club Live on Wednesday, June 18th at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights.

With an “Arthur’s Storytime” show as the centerpoint, let your kids enjoy participating in Arts & Crafts, Games, get their face painted, visit the Reading Rainbow Read-Aloud Tent, run and play in the Get Up! Get Out! Fitness Area, even let the kids Be on TV! Don’t forget to enter your child in the kid focused giveaways while you’re there!

Your child’s favorite characters will be up close and personal and ready for photos ops and hugs as Caillou, Clifford, Curious George, Dot & Dash, Hooper, Maya & Miguel, Miffy and Super WHY! roam the grounds.

Two showtimes make it easy to fit this 3 hour fun block into your schedule. Choose the Noon to 3 access with the show at 1, or the 4-7 access with the show at 5. No matter which fun time you choose you and your kids will have a blast.

All seats are general admission, since we know you’ll have trouble pulling the kids away from the fun and games to sit down for the show and are available now for just $13. Infants under 12 months don’t require a ticket for entry and the stroller corral is ready and waiting to hold your stroller as you enjoy the show.

Want a more memorable time? Meet & Greet Family 4 packs are available for each show for $200 which includes the opportunity for you and the kids to meet with Arthur “backstage”. Best thing is, Freedom Hill takes photos so you can keep that memory for a lifetime.
Last year’s show was a huge hit and this year’s promises to be a great time for everyone as well. Tickets are going pretty fast, especially for the later show, but are still available. Call Member Services at (248) 305-3900 to get yours, or visit our Box Office to get your tickets online.
